LPN House Supervisor
About The Position
The LPN House Supervisor role involves leading and supervising nursing staff to ensure quality care and compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities include direct patient care, administering medications and treatments, and prioritizing resident well-being. The supervisor will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, residents, and families to create personalized care experiences. Additionally, the role includes mentoring and training nursing staff, maintaining accurate records using advanced documentation systems, and efficiently problem-solving clinical issues to ensure continuity of care and optimal outcomes. The position offers both part-time (3pm-11:30pm) and full-time (11pm-7:30am) shifts, both requiring every other weekend work, with the advertised shift being full-time.

Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing staff, ensuring quality care delivery and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Be the main point of contact for UC, Cart Nurse and CNA.
- Administer medications, treatments, and care plans, prioritizing the health and well-being of residents.
- Work closely with the interdisciplinary team, residents, and families to create a personalized care experience.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, fostering professional growth and teamwork.
- Maintain accurate records of resident care, treatments, and progress using advanced documentation systems.
- Address clinical issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring continuity of care and optimal outcomes.
