As a nurse, this means a lower caseload and/or visit assignment compared to other hospice agencies in our area. Our care teams are composed of Physicians, Nurses (RN or LPN), Social Workers, Certified Nursing Assistants (Home Health Aides), Spiritual Care (Chaplains), Pharmacists, and Trained Volunteers.
