About The Position
Avita Health System is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its Home Health & Hospice Department in Galion, Ohio. The role provides quality and safe delivery of home health care services under the guidance of the HHH Registered Nurse. The LPN assists in providing services that reflect the home care agency’s philosophy and standards of home health and nursing care for assigned clients.
Requirements
- State of Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse licensure.
- BLS certification, or obtain it within 30 days of hire.
- Current valid Ohio driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality and safe delivery of home health care services under the guidance of the HHH Registered Nurse.
- Assist in providing home health care services consistent with the agency’s philosophy and standards of home health and nursing care for assigned clients.
