About The Position
Avita Health System is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for its Home Health & Hospice Department in Galion, Ohio. The LPN provides safe, quality home health care services under the guidance of the HHH Registered Nurse and assists in delivering services consistent with the agency’s philosophy and standards of home health and nursing care for assigned clients.
Requirements
- State of Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse licensure.
- BLS certification, or obtain it within 30 days of hire.
- Current valid Ohio driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe and quality home health care services under the guidance of the HHH Registered Nurse.
- Assist in providing home health care services consistent with the agency’s philosophy and standards of home health and nursing care for assigned clients.
