About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for adult and/or pediatric care to join our North Jersey West Skilled Nursing team. BAYADA offers a different approach to care, where you care for one client at a time in their home, allowing you to slow down, be present, and make a difference for both the patient and their family. The role offers consistency in schedule and patient relationships by matching you with 1-2 ongoing cases that fit your availability, enabling you to build meaningful, long-term relationships and provide consistent care without constantly switching assignments.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Active LPN license in good standing in New Jersey

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client’s home near you
• Provide skilled nursing care following physician orders
• Monitor and assess client conditions
• Document care using electronic charting (Statewise)
