About The Position
Helping Hand Nurse, LLC, a home health care agency providing medical and nonmedical services, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care to home health patients. The role provides one-to-one nursing care in patients’ homes and follows the patient’s LPN plan of care. Day, evening, and overnight shifts are available. The employer is willing to work with the employee’s schedule and offers flexible part-time or full-time hours, with as few or as many hours as desired.
Requirements
- Valid LPN license.
- Clean background and criminal record.
- CPR certification.
- Knowledge of computerized documentation and office software.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one nursing care in the home.
- Follow the LPN plan of care.
- Direct and guide patient and family teaching and activities while maintaining standards of care.
- Communicate with the physician about changes in the patient’s clinical condition.
- Follow all clinical and office policies.
