About The Position
Helping Hand Nurse, LLC, a home health care agency providing medical and nonmedical services, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to care for home health patients. The role provides one-to-one nursing care in patients’ homes and follows the LPN plan of care. Part-time and full-time schedules are available, with day, evening, or overnight shifts. The agency is willing to work with the employee’s schedule and can offer as few or as many hours as desired.
Requirements
- LPN license.
- Clean background and criminal record.
- CPR certification.
- Knowledge of computerized documentation and office software.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one nursing care in the home.
- Follow the plan of care for the LPN.
- Direct and guide patient and family teaching and activities while maintaining standards of care.
- Communicate with the physician about changes in the patient’s clinical condition.
- Follow all clinical and office policies.
