About The Position
BAYADA’s Columbia Skilled Office is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its Skilled Private Duty Nursing team and provide compassionate, high-quality home care. The role provides one-to-one care to a client in the client’s home. Nurses receive onboarding, paid orientation with virtual and hands-on training, and ongoing support from office staff. Flexible schedules are available, including days, afternoons, evenings, and nights, with nurses matched to one client home near them on a schedule they choose. The position includes weekly pay, preventive care coverage for all employees, scholarship opportunities, free courses, on-the-job training, and a $1,200 nurse referral bonus. Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
- Hold a current nursing license in good standing in the state.
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client’s home near you according to a mutually selected schedule.
- Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
- Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
