About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide one-to-one home care to adult and pediatric clients in Salisbury and surrounding areas of North Carolina’s Piedmont Triad. The role offers PRN and weekend opportunities, with flexible scheduling and shifts available during the day, evening, and overnight. Nurses can choose 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts, and there is no weekend requirement. The position may suit nurses seeking extra hours or returning to nursing, with onboarding, paid training, mentorship, and 24/7 clinical support provided. Compensation is $28–$32 per hour, with weekend and overnight differentials, commitment bonuses of $5,000–$10,000 depending on commitment level, and fast-track bonus opportunities. The role uses Statewise electronic charting.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of North Carolina.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one nursing care to clients in their homes.
- Provide care to adult and pediatric clients across a range of acuity levels.
- Document care using Statewise electronic charting.
- Participate in onboarding and paid training to build skills for a range of clients and acuity levels.
