About The Position
Concordia Visiting Nurses is seeking a compassionate and experienced LPN Clinical Supervisor for a full-time position. This role involves leading a team of clinicians, ensuring high-quality clinical care and compliance, and fostering a supportive team environment. The position reports to the Administrative office in Cabot, PA. Concordia Visiting Nurses is a Medicare-certified home health agency dedicated to providing quality skilled nursing, palliative care, and therapy services in Western Pennsylvania.
Requirements
- Licensed in PA as a License Practical Nurse
- 1+ years of post-licensure experience
- Warm, approachable, and communicative
- Skilled in managing clinical standards while supporting individual growth
- Passionate about empowering others and improving client outcomes
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience recommended
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of clinicians (e.g., therapists, nurses, case managers)
- Provide regular clinical supervision and case consultations
- Ensure clinical documentation and services meet quality standards and compliance
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of staff
- Help create a healthy, team-centered work environment where people can thrive
