About The Position

Chestnut Ridge is searching for an occasional LPN to work with our Senior Living and Memory Care population. We are currently looking for a service-oriented, dedicated and driven Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our Wellness department and contribute to making us "A SAFE Place to Work and a SAFE Place to Live". This role is an active nursing role that involves working as a floor supervisor, passing medication, assessing wounds/providing wound care, assessing needs of residents, assisting in training of new team members, etc. Our LPN's are a vital part of our community who help our residents in their day-to-day needs. As an LPN Supervisor at Chestnut Ridge you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive the best care possible that they deserve by administering medications, communicating with doctors/medical providers, assisting families with an understanding of their loved one's care, assist our Resident Wellness Associates with daily care, and overseeing the general operations of the shift.
