About The Position
LPN Med Rated Samaritan Hospital, Albany, Full Time. You will assist in delivering care, including assessing needs, planning and meetings the needs of patients in the Medical Surgical unit. Facilitate patient care with the care team. Maintain Patient Safety and clean, safe environment. Other duties as assigned. Promotes and supports an organized work environment.
Requirements
- Current NYS LPN license
- BLS
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with patients, families, physicians and coworkers
