About The Position

Columbia Cottage is seeking compassionate and skilled LPN Charge Nurses to join its assisted living team. The role oversees daily clinical operations and nursing staff on shift while providing direct nursing care in accordance with physician direction. Nurses assess residents, monitor changes in condition, document care and progress, and communicate with residents, families, and care teams. The position is based at Columbia Cottage in Collegeville, Pennsylvania, with a day schedule of 6:00 AM–2:30 PM and an every-other-weekend and holiday rotation. Starting pay is $32.00 per hour. Full-time opportunities are available.

Requirements

• Active LPN license (required); RN candidates are welcome to apply.
• First Aid certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for caring for seniors in an assisted living setting.

Responsibilities
