About The Position
1st Choice Home Care is a private care agency providing in-home care services for seniors and disabled individuals throughout Arkansas. The LPN / Case Manager position is based at the company’s Hot Springs, Arkansas building. The role assesses clients, conducts in-home visits, and documents clients’ personal care needs. It also supports office operations through communication and compliance tracking.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with coworkers.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to achieve short-term goals and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities
- Report to work on time.
- Call clients and schedule home visits.
- Input data into the company’s electronic visit verification (EVV) system.
- Report to the Office Supervisor.
- Track and maintain records for all clients in the assigned region.
- Assist with other office duties when colleagues are out sick.
- Perform marketing on slower work days.
- Keep the office clean and organized.
- Follow safety standards outlined in policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate knowledge of personal care program policies.
- Follow company policies, including infection control, False Claims Act, and electronic visit verification policies.
- Follow HIPAA laws and protect confidential client and caregiver information.
