LPN - Adult Services Day Habilitation Program
About The Position
Shore Educational Collaborative has an immediate opening for an LPN at our Adult Services Day Habilitation program in Peabody. This role involves working (1:2) with individuals with developmental and health disabilities. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring health status, providing nursing/health interventions, administering medication, and providing physical care. This is a fun, positive program with a highly invested and energetic group of staff and program participants. The schedule is 30-35 hours per week, from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. This position may involve sharing building-wide coverage with another nurse and covering other nurses at Chelsea and Woburn Adult Services.
Requirements
- Experience with seizure disorders
- Experience with tracheostomy care
- Experience with g-tube feedings
- Licensed as an LPN by the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Allied Health Professions
