About The Position

This position will coordinate employment work opportunities, create curriculum, and implement daily developmental activities. Program standard compliance and staff management are also key areas of responsibility. Ideal candidates will have a sincere desire to deliver the highest level of care, choice and independence to our clients.

Requirements

• 3 years of related experience in day program or residential setting
• 1 year supervisory experience
• Extremely organized
• Good verbal, written communication skills
• Computer skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Problem solve using strong critical thinking skills
• Leadership
• Motivation
• Self-direction
• Diving and background check

Nice To Haves

• Degree in a field of social, health, or human services
• Supervisor experience strongly recommended
