About The Position

Join the SoLuna Mental Wellness Team in The Woodlands! At SoLuna Mental Wellness, we put therapists first. Our mission is to bring innovative, compassionate, and accessible care to our community, and that begins with creating a nurturing environment for our providers. Everything we do centers on supporting our team so they can show up fully for their clients — it's just how we do things. We're building something different: a sustainable alternative to remote-only practices that often lead to isolation and burnout. At SoLuna, culture is the foundation. Our therapists find their professional home here — with mentorship opportunities, real-time supervision, administrative support, and a space where they can thrive as their authentic selves. Setting: In-person with some Telehealth flexibility. Client Focus: Whatever peaks your interest. We're hiring talented, motivated LPC-Associates to join our growing clinical team. This role is ideal for an early-career therapist who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to grow under strong supervision and mentorship. Some evening and weekend availability is a plus.
