About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Loyalty Program Intern to support the development, execution, and optimization of our customer loyalty initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in customer retention strategy, lifecycle marketing, and data-driven decision-making. The intern will work cross-functionally with marketing, eCommerce, and analytics teams to enhance member engagement, improve program performance, and contribute to new loyalty initiatives.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in customer experience, retention, and brand loyalty
  • Comfortable working with data (Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with eCommerce or digital marketing tools is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the execution of loyalty campaigns (email, SMS, onsite messaging, and setup)
  • Supporting segmentation and targeting strategies for loyalty members
  • Analyzing program performance
  • Helping maintain loyalty program content and promotional calendar
  • Conducting competitive research on loyalty programs and customer engagement trends
  • Assisting with A/B testing and reporting on campaign effectiveness
  • Supporting member experience improvements across digital touchpoints
  • Documenting processes and contributing to playbooks or internal resources
