About The Position

The Loyalty Data Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the data integrity and accuracy of the Warwick Journeys loyalty program. This role supports day-to-day loyalty operations, member recognition, reporting and collaboration with hotel and corporate teams to support a seamless member experience.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience with CRM systems and loyalty program data management preferred.
Working knowledge of Oracle OPERA PMS.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with marketing tools, loyalty program systems, and guest data operations.
Team-oriented, detail-focused, flexible, and problem-solving mindset.

Nice To Haves

French language proficiency is a plus.
International hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain and monitor member profiles to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness across the database.
Identify and resolve duplicate profiles and standardize demographic information such as city, state, postal code, and country.
Identify gaps in database protocols and recommend improvements to maintain data quality.
Support daily operations of the Warwick Journeys loyalty program, ensuring proper recognition of members at participating hotels.
Update CRM records, including profile updates, credit allocations, and follow-up actions.
Collaborate with hotel teams and corporate departments to improve database quality and member experience.
Review daily arrivals reports to verify member data accuracy and segmentation alignment.
Prepare daily flash reports highlighting key arriving loyalty members for the Loyalty Marketing team.
Produce periodic KPI reports to measure database quality, performance trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Analyze guest satisfaction survey (GSS) results to identify trends affecting member experience and program effectiveness.
Support loyalty initiatives, including data preparation and quality assurance for campaigns or promotions.
Assist with operational tasks such as rate structure reviews, rate parity checks, and reservation audits.
Respond to customer inquiries via support mailboxes and ensure member data is updated as needed.
Maintain documentation of standard operating procedures for database and loyalty operations.
As needed contribution to special projects associated with Global Marketing Efforts.
Contribute to all aspects of Global Marketing initiatives.
