Dawson School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Lower School (First Grade) Assistant Teacher to join their dynamic team for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Early Education or a related field is required.
- K-5 classroom teaching experience.
- Demonstrated classroom management skills.
- An attitude that exemplifies teamwork and personal responsibility.
- Ability to include technology elements into all aspects of instruction.
- Strong understanding of adolescent development and effective teaching strategies for lower school learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and flexible approach.
