About The Position

Join a Leading Security Integration Team We are seeking an experienced Security Service Technician to support the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and programming of electronic security systems across Tennessee. This role is ideal for a technician with a strong background in access control, CCTV, low-voltage cabling, and security systems who enjoys working directly with customers and solving complex technical challenges. Requirements

  • Experience running and terminating low-voltage cable.
  • Experience servicing and troubleshooting: Access Control Systems, CCTV / Video Surveillance Systems, Electronic Security Systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
  • Experience using hand and power tools such as drills, wire strippers, crimpers, screwdrivers, and related installation tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple service requests and priorities simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout Tennessee.
  • Ability to work occasional after-hours or emergency service calls as needed.

  • Access Control Platforms: Lenel, Genetec, AMAG, Software House CCURE, S2, RS2, Avigilon
  • CCTV Platforms: Avigilon, Milestone, Genetec, Lenel
  • Intrusion Systems: DMP, Bosch
  • Technical trade school education or equivalent field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Service, support, and troubleshoot electronic security systems at customer sites.
  • Install, terminate, and test low-voltage cabling for access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Respond to scheduled maintenance calls, service requests, and emergency support needs.
  • Diagnose system issues and perform repairs, replacements, and system optimization.
  • Program, configure, and integrate access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Complete detailed service reports and documentation for customers and internal teams.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the company professionally.
