Low-Code/No-Code Developer - TS/SCI + CI Polygraph Required
About The Position
cFocus Software is seeking a Low-Code/No-Code Developer to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) in the Washington DC, MD, & VA area. This role requires an active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance. The developer will design, develop, and deploy applications using low-code/no-code platforms to rapidly deliver mission capabilities with minimal traditional coding. This involves leveraging visual development environments, pre-built components, and drag-and-drop interfaces, as well as integrating solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and databases. The position also includes ensuring applications meet security, performance, and usability requirements, providing training and support to citizen developers, maintaining documentation, implementing governance standards, and collaborating with business analysts and end-users to translate requirements into functional applications.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 4-12+ years of experience in application development
- Proficient in at least one major low-code/no-code platform (OutSystems, Mendix, Microsoft Power Platform, Appian, ServiceNow)
- Experience with API integration, database connectivity, and workflow automation
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Capable of independently developing and deploying low-code applications
- Knowledge of security best practices and data governance

- Experience training non-technical users on low-code platforms
