About The Position

cFocus Software is seeking a Knowledge Manager to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) program. This role is based on-site in the Washington DC, MD, & VA area and requires an active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Library Science, or related field
• 4-12+ years of experience in knowledge management
• Experience with knowledge management systems and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Confluence, wikis)
• Strong documentation and content management skills
• Understanding of information architecture and taxonomy development
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements knowledge management strategies to capture, organize, and disseminate organizational knowledge.
• Manages knowledge repositories, wikis, and collaboration platforms.
• Facilitates communities of practice and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Develops training materials, standard operating procedures, and best practice documentation.
• Implements knowledge management tools and technologies.
• Ensures knowledge is accessible, current, and aligned with organizational needs.
