Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Available to start as early as 4 am, flexible to work various shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Strong communication skills in English, spoken and written.
  • Passionate about customer service.
  • Must have relevant work experience.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Attentive to detail and numerate.
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures and apply a flexible approach when required.
  • Communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to use computers and knowledge to work with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Nice To Haves

  • French language skills.
  • Experience in the Hospitality/F&B industry.

Responsibilities

  • Provide passengers with an exceptional level of customer service.
  • Greet passengers, introduce them to lounge aspects, advise on services, and maintain customer loyalty.
  • Verify guest eligibility for lounge access.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Document guest feedback and report incidents or maintenance needs to the Lounge Manager.
  • Restock shelves and coolers; assist with inventory checks.
  • Collect dirty items, support back-of-house operations, and ensure washroom checks are done.
  • Prepare and handle duties, and monitor alcoholic consumption of customers.
  • Serve customers in different areas of the lounge and bar.
  • Carry out regular checks of all lounge areas to ensure a professional image and follow up with maintenance works.
  • Ensure proper cleaning procedures are followed and personal protective equipment (PPE) is always worn.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Lounge Supervisor.
