About The Position

Requirements

  • Legal age to serve alcohol in the United States.
  • Previous experience as a bartender or in a customer service role within the hospitality industry.
  • Basic knowledge of drink recipes and mixology principles.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, utensils, and equipment.
