About The Position

The Lounge Server works on the Aria Lounge team at the Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown Hotel, a contemporary casual restaurant open for dinner and drinks. The server uses the MICROS operating system to take and serve guest orders while meeting the hotel’s high standards for customer satisfaction. The role calls for reliable teamwork, attentive guest service, and effective task prioritization in a fast-paced setting. Shifts may be up to 10–12 hours, and the position requires lifting trays weighing up to 30 pounds when needed.
