About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills daily to maintain a clean and orderly environment, ensuring all supplies are adequately stocked and accessible.

• Physical stamina and time management skills enable the Lounge Runner to efficiently complete tasks such as restocking, cleaning, and assisting with setup within tight timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge area, including seating, tables, and service stations.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down lounge spaces for events or daily operations.
• Restock supplies such as beverages, snacks, utensils, and linens to ensure availability at all times.
• Support lounge staff by delivering items promptly and responding to guest requests efficiently.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and housekeeping teams to facilitate smooth service flow.
• Monitor lounge conditions and report any maintenance or safety issues to management.
