LOUNGE FLOOR ATTENDANT (FULL TIME)
About The Position
Eurest is hiring a full-time Lounge Floor Attendant for an American Airlines location in Grapevine, Texas. The role delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain and ensures events are executed accurately during the shift. The attendant may drive a catering delivery truck and is responsible for setting up, serving, cleaning, and breaking down event areas, as well as returning leftover food and equipment to the catering facility. The position pays a fixed rate of $18.87 per hour. Days and hours may vary, and work on weekends and holidays is required. The role requires customer service and food service experience. A valid driver's license may be required, and associates must possess or be able to obtain food handler and/or alcohol server permits where required by state law.

- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and deliver food and supplies for catered functions to scheduled locations.
- Log and maintain food temperatures.
- Arrange tables and decorations.
- Arrange buffet tables with food, beverages, and service items according to standards.
- Serve food and beverages to guests.
- Clean the location thoroughly after an event.
- Return food, beverages, serving equipment, and utensils to the catering facility.
- Distribute and collect customer comment cards for catered functions.
- Stock, clean, and maintain the catering facility and equipment.
- Ensure guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the complete menu and products on hand.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
