About The Position

We are hiring a Lounge Bartender for Alma San Diego, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel. This position involves setting up and breaking down the bar, preparing cocktails according to beverage standards, handling guest orders, and maintaining cleanliness and inventory.

Requirements

Must be able to follow all check handling procedures, including all credit card policies and procedures.
Must be able to complete all opening and closing duties as listed on the checklist.
Must be able to make cocktails in accordance Beverage Standards using standard jigger.
Must be able to stock and replenish beer in bottles and kegs when necessary.
Must be able to be responsible for the inventory of the soda and juices and their rotation of stock.
Must be able to clean floors in area of responsibility at the end of each shift.
Must be able to empty and steam-clean trashcans at the end of each shift or as necessary.
Must be able to stock and replenish ice at all ice stations.
Must be able to check and replace glassware where needed.
Must be able to accept drink orders from guests/servers in proper calling order.
Must be able to break down bar, lock up liquor, and store fruit and juices properly.
Must be able to set up bar.
