About The Position

Platinum Parking is looking for a Full-Time Lot technician/maintenance porter. The ideal candidate will have parking equipment repair experience or strong technical skills. Founded in 2000, Platinum Parking has grown to be one of the leaders in the industry, operating over 350 facilities in over 12 cities and 7 states. Our growth is a direct result of the hand-on attention to detail that we pay to each and every customer of the facilities we manage.

Requirements

• Technical ability
• Knowledge with Parking equipment preferred
• Have a valid Texas Driver’s License
• Capable of working in a fast pace environment
• Must be courteous and friendly with the ability to communicate effectively
• Be willing to undergo Pre-employment Background and Driver’s record checks
• Be willing to undergo random drug screenings
• Must be a self-starter who is comfortable working alone
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must have a valid DL and vehicle to use.

Responsibilities

• Maintain & Repair Pay Stations
• Installation and Removal of Pay Stations
• Installation and removal of signage
• Pothole repair
• Landscaping
• General Maintenance
• Reporting on Lot status
• Ability to work 5 Days a week Monday-Friday (Some Weekends but very few)
• Able to climb ladders if needed
• Able to lift 50lbs.
