About The Position

Kings Ford is seeking a motivated, energetic Lot Tech with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role supports the dealership’s sales and service teams by maintaining vehicle inventory and keeping lot and showroom vehicles clean, presentable, fueled, and ready for test drives or customer delivery. The position involves outdoor work in varying weather conditions, vehicle handling, and physical activity. Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work flexible schedules and some weekends.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
Positive, professional attitude and groomed appearance.
Ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.
Reliable transportation to and from work every day.

Responsibilities

Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors and maintain inventory appearance and performance.
Replenish vehicle fluids as needed and replace batteries when necessary.
Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
Keep the lot and showroom vehicles clean and presentable.
Refuel vehicles and prepare them for test drives or customer delivery.
Make key tags and handle vehicle inventory.
Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations, including vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions.
Support the sales and service teams with vehicle-related tasks.
