About The Position

Kings Ford is seeking a motivated, energetic Lot Tech with a positive attitude who is dependable, enjoys teamwork, and thrives in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment. The role maintains vehicle inventory and lot and showroom presentation, prepares vehicles for test drives and customer delivery, and supports sales and service teams with vehicle-related tasks. The position involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and some weekends.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Positive, professional attitude and groomed appearance.
• Ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Reliable transportation to and from work every day.

Responsibilities

• Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors to maintain inventory appearance.
• Replenish vehicle fluids and replace batteries when necessary.
• Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
• Keep lot and showroom vehicles clean and presentable.
• Refuel vehicles and prepare them for test drives or customer delivery.
• Make key tags and handle vehicle inventory.
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations, including driving automatic and manual vehicles.
• Support sales and service teams with vehicle-related tasks.
