Howdy RV, a leading RV and marine dealership in Aransas Pass, TX, is hiring a Lot Porter / Grounds Keeper to keep our sales lot, showroom, and grounds clean, organized, and ready to impress every customer who walks through the gate. If you take pride in a job well done and like staying active outdoors, this is a great entry point into the RV industry with room to grow.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate trucks, golf carts, and towing equipment
• Comfortable working outdoors in Texas coastal weather year-round
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet most of the shift
• Strong attention to detail and pride in a clean, organized lot
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Nice To Haves

• Prior lot attendant, groundskeeping, or boat service/ repair experience a plus — not required

Responsibilities

• Move, position, and organize RVs, boats, and trailers across the sales lot
• Help prep units for display and customer delivery
• Maintain clean, professional grounds — mowing, trimming, trash pickup, and general upkeep
• Assist sales and service teams with unit staging, hookups, and lot logistics
• Perform basic maintenance checks (tire pressure, fluid levels, battery checks)
• Keep walkways, signage, and displays clean and customer-ready
• Support inventory checks by verifying units are on-site and properly placed
• Operate golf carts, tow vehicles, or lawn equipment as needed
• Assist with loading/unloading deliveries and trade-ins
