About The Position
As a Lot Operations Pro, you play a critical role in keeping our dealership running smoothly. You’ll ensure vehicles are organized, presentable, and ready for customers, while supporting the sales and service teams behind the behind the scenes. This is a hands on role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being outdoors, and values teamwork.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Dependable, punctual, and team oriented attitude
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the day
Nice To Haves
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Previous dealership or automotive experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Maintain organization and flow of vehicles on the sales lot or service departments
- Park, move, and stage vehicles for display, test drives, and deliveries
- Assist with vehicle check-in, tagging, and inventory organization
- Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and customer ready
- Support sales and service teams with vehicle movement and logistics
- Monitor lot appearance and report safety or maintenance concerns
- Assist with snow removal, lot cleanliness, and seasonal needs
- Follow all safety guidelines and dealership procedures
