The role of the Lot Attendant is to complete the customer interaction pleasantly and courteously while ensuring safety. They are key players in delivering exceptional customer service. This position is responsible for making exceptional guest experiences the priority in every interaction. The Lot Attendant must monitor the parking lot for any signs of suspicious activity or security breaches and report any incidents to the appropriate authorities. They must also ensure the parking lot is clean and debris-free, including picking up litter and emptying trash cans.
