About The Position

The role of the Lot Attendant is to complete the customer interaction pleasantly and courteously while ensuring safety. They are key players in delivering exceptional customer service. The schedule for this position is Saturday & Sunday from 11pm to 7am.

Requirements

• Ability to effectively maneuver around various locations inside and outside while engaging in bending, prolonged standing, running, and prolonged sitting in all weather conditions.
• Ability to receive medical and security clearance for one or more locations.
• Possess the manual dexterity to operate essential garage equipment, including pay-on-foot machines and garage barriers.
• Strong sense of customer service.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and push a minimum of 200 pounds.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able and willing to smile during every customer interaction.
• Maintain uniform standards while around the job-site.
• Proficient in English, both verbally and written.

Responsibilities

• Make exceptional guest experiences the priority in every interaction.
• Contribute to a safe environment for all guests and employees per company and site-specific guidelines.
• Maintain a ready-to-serve posture that is welcoming to guests.
• Make eye contact and smile to all guests to acknowledge them.
• Prioritize assisting guests before other tasks.
• Work efficiently, without rushing, to assist guests.
• Use VPNE-preferred word choices while speaking with guests.
• Monitor the parking lot for any signs of suspicious activity or security breaches and report any incidents to the appropriate authorities.
• Ensure the parking lot is clean and debris-free, including picking up litter and emptying trash cans.
