About The Position

Bud Clary Auto Group is a family-owned dealership network in Washington State. Lot attendants support the Service departments by maintaining vehicles to dealership standards, keeping automobile inventory neat and well maintained, and moving vehicles to specified locations. The role is at Bud Clary Volkswagen of Auburn. Weekend work may be needed. Driving is an essential function; employees must have a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record consistent with company insurance standards throughout employment.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Inspect vehicles for damage and verify that accessories listed on invoices are present.
Record damage descriptions and list missing items on delivery receipts.
Park new vehicles in assigned areas.
Catalog and store keys.
Move sold vehicles to maximize space and keep the lot in order.
Deliver sold vehicles to the new-vehicle preparation department.
Wash vehicle exteriors using appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment.
Vacuum vehicle interiors, removing dirt and debris without disturbing customers’ personal items.
Park clean vehicles in the designated delivery area.
Maintain the dealership grounds by cleaning up and looking for garbage.
Prepare new vehicles for pre-delivery inspection (PDI).
Fuel sold vehicles and trade-ins.
Work as a team player and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
