About The Position
Holman is hiring a Lot Attendant for Leith Honda. The role supports the Sales and Service departments by keeping inventory neat and well maintained, parking vehicles in their proper places, maintaining vehicle condition, and ensuring vehicle pathways and service-drive traffic flow efficiently. The attendant also provides customer assistance and helps ensure the safety and security of vehicles, equipment, and dealership premises. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and every other Saturday. Compensation is $15 per hour.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current valid driver’s license.
- Clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet clients in the service drive.
- Tag incoming vehicles for proper tracking throughout the day.
- Park vehicles after advisor check-in and pull completed vehicles down when clients arrive.
- Keep the service drive neat and clean and traffic moving efficiently.
- Get vehicles to and from the wash as needed.
- Track completed waiting vehicles from the wash and pull them down in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries, direct them to appropriate personnel, and help ensure their satisfaction.
- Ensure the safety and security of vehicles, equipment, and premises, and immediately report issues or concerns to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
