About The Position

America's Auto Auction (Central Houston) is seeking a dependable and hardworking Lot Attendant to join their auction team. This position is primarily outdoors and involves moving, organizing, inspecting, and maintaining vehicles and equipment throughout the auction lot. Lot Attendant experience is not required, but the ideal candidate has previous experience working outdoors in a physically demanding environment, such as a skilled trade, construction, automotive, equipment operation, landscaping, warehouse/yard operations, or a previous lot attendant position.

Requirements

Previous experience working outdoors in a hands-on or physically demanding job.
Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions.
Good attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Valid driver's license required and a safe driving record.
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move items as required by the job.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to drive various types of vehicles.
Ability to pass pre-employment screening.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a skilled trade, automotive, construction, equipment, warehouse/yard, landscaping, farm, or lot attendant position is strongly preferred.
Candidates with experience as a Lot Attendant, Yard Worker, Equipment Operator, Automotive Technician, Mechanic, Construction Worker, Landscaper, Delivery Driver, Warehouse/Yard Associate, Farm Worker, or Skilled Tradesperson are encouraged to apply.
