About The Position

Holman is seeking a Lot Attendant to join the Auto Park Honda team in Cary. The role supports the Sales and Service departments by maintaining vehicle inventory and condition, keeping vehicles in their proper locations, and ensuring vehicle pathways and the service drive remain orderly and flow efficiently. The Lot Attendant also assists customers and helps maintain the safety and security of vehicles, equipment, and dealership premises. The schedule is a four-day work week with a rotating schedule Monday through Saturday. Monday through Friday hours are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Current valid driver’s license.
Clean driving record with no blemishes.
Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Meet and greet clients in the service drive.
Tag incoming vehicles for proper tracking throughout the day.
Park vehicles after advisor check-in and pull vehicles down after service completion when the client arrives.
Keep the service drive neat and clean and ensure traffic moves efficiently.
Take vehicles to and from the wash as needed.
Track completed waiting vehicles from the wash and pull them down in a timely manner.
Maintain vehicle inventory, keep vehicles in proper locations, and support the condition of vehicles under the dealership’s care.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, directing them to appropriate personnel, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Help ensure the safety and security of vehicles, equipment, and premises, and promptly report issues or concerns to management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
