About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated Lot Attendant at the BWI Admin Building in Hanover, Maryland. The role moves and positions vehicles at designated locations for servicing, transport, and rental, while focusing on customer needs and following quality standards. This is a non-CDL local driving position that offers the opportunity to drive multiple new-model cars. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour. The posted schedule is Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; Wednesday and Thursday are off.

Requirements

Have a satisfactory background check, including driving history, employment references, education, and Social Security verification.
Have no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years, and no DUI or DWI on the driving record in the last three years.
Hold a valid U.S. driver's license for at least one year.
Be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.
Have at least six consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience.
Be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Inspect vehicles for safety concerns; report warning lights and vehicle, windshield, or tire damage; and remove vehicles from prep processing as necessary.
Track and reconcile daily physical inventory.
Organize parking lots.
Track outgoing inventory.
Maintain lot security.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
