About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a responsible, dedicated Lot Attendant for its Lake Ronkonkoma, New York location. The role works with Daily Rental, Remarketing, and Vehicle Acquisition to manage the flow of inventory and coordinate vehicle movements. The attendant assists with checking in, organizing, tracking, and managing incoming and outgoing vehicles. This is a non-CDL local driving position that involves driving multiple new-model cars and vans. Pay starts at $18.75 per hour, based on a 40-hour workweek, with potential yearly merit increases based on performance. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Requirements

• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require employment-based work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Must live within a reasonable commute of no more than 30 minutes from the location.
• Must have at least six consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Transport fleet cars and vans to and from rental locations and navigate written directions.
• Inspect vehicles for damage in accordance with company guidelines using the Damage Evaluator tool.
• Ensure all vehicles are accurately tracked.
• Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as directed by management.
• Manage vehicle inventory, including working outside in various elements for extended periods.
• Organize the lot safely and efficiently.
• Maintain and organize keys as a security measure.
• Act as a daily point of contact for the driver team when needed.
• Move vehicles to dealerships, repair shops, or on out-of-town trips.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned, including gathering and entering data accurately into the company's internal computer system.
