About The Position

Hello Automotive Group is hiring a Lot Attendant/Porter to help build its automotive customer experience at the Valencia Auto Mall. Automotive experience is not required. The role works in a team environment and supports vehicle inventory appearance, organization, and movement, along with other duties as assigned. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional attitude and ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Reliable transportation to and from work every day.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends.
• Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident and outgoing personality, and eagerness to improve.

Responsibilities

• Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors and maintain inventory appearance and performance.
• Replenish vehicle fluids and replace batteries as needed.
• Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
• Keep lots neat and orderly; move cars as directed by the general manager and according to dealership display standards.
• Drive vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Make key tags and handle vehicle inventory.
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
