About The Position

Five Star Ford Stone Mountain Service Department is hiring a full-time Lot Porter. The role supports service-department operations by receiving, moving, retrieving, and delivering vehicles; maintaining clean and orderly work areas; and providing friendly, professional customer service. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Flexible scheduling and some weekend work are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Receive vehicles in the Service Lane, install seat covers and floor mats, and move vehicles out of the lane as needed.
• Keep lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the Service Director.
• Drive vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Bring vehicles around to customers at pickup time.
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the Service Drive and shop.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
