Requirements

High School diploma or GED preferred
Must be 18 years of age
Valid driver’s license that meets the requirements
Able to safely drive a variety of vehicle makes, models, and sizes, including tow trucks, forklifts, and the service truck
Automotive or auction experience preferred
Proficiency with computer systems and applications
Obtain and maintain forklift certification
Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle outside conditions
Proven ability to multitask while maintaining strict attention to detail
Effective interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

Support lot operations by preparing and staging vehicles for sale, including stickering, marking vehicles, moving vehicles with a lot tow truck or forklift, and operating the service truck.
Scan the lot and use electronic devices to record vehicle movements for inventory accuracy.
Assist with vehicle readiness tasks such as jumping vehicles, adding fluids, adding air to tires, and verifying vehicle status.
Handle the removal of personal property from vehicles.
Communicate with shop and operations teams to ensure efficient inventory flow from check-in to the auction sale line.
Provide customer service support and coordinate with administrative teams for efficient sale day execution.
Confirm vehicle mileage, make, year, and VIN for accurate record-keeping.
Maintain work areas to ensure a safe environment and report incidents or hazards.
Perform any other duties assigned by the designated manager.
