About The Position

Loss Prevention is a detail-oriented and challenging career focused on helping preserve company profits. The Loss Prevention Investigator works closely with store and loss prevention leadership, using camera systems, exception-based reporting tools, and other investigative techniques to reduce shrink. The role conducts surveillance and apprehensions of external theft suspects in compliance with company guidelines and monitors customer and Team Member activity to help prevent theft of company assets. It also supports monitoring store compliance with company policies and procedures related to theft deterrence, safety, and operational controls; completes statistical and incident reports; maintains apprehension and investigation records according to company standards; and works with local law enforcement and court officials.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous loss prevention or related experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, preferred.

Responsibilities
