Requirements

• Detail-driven mortgage professional
• Familiarity with loan modification and loss mitigation processes

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process executed loan modification and loss mitigation documents
• Ensure all signatures, dates, and notarizations are accurate and complete
• Coordinate document tracking, uploads, and post-closing audits
• Support front-end or back-end processing, including document orders, intake, and quality checks
• Communicate status updates with internal teams and external partners as needed
