About The Position

The Loom Metrics and Adoption Analytics Lead maintains the Loom KPI framework across executive, builder, data owner, and data consumer personas. The role defines each metric’s source system and calculation, including AI-ready data products, time to first query, reuse rate, readiness-check results, and adoption. Metric changes are brought to Loom Program Governance for decision and recorded in the RAID log. The position works with platform engineers to specify telemetry and logging requirements for readiness-check runs, the contract registry, MCP servers, and the AI gateway. It sets measurement acceptance criteria in backlog epics, checks telemetry quality and completeness, and flags gaps to workstream leads. The role builds and refreshes the Loom metrics dashboard weekly, produces monthly milestone evidence for EPMO and S2 roadmap commitments, and provides executive reporting for the D&I Leadership Team and digital leadership reviews. It also measures onboarding funnels, defines scale-test metrics with the platforms workstream, and establishes production KPIs, baselines, and targets for the planned Q1 2027 go-live. This is a six-month secondment. The role is designated Flexible, with colleagues expected to meet Log In For Your Day requirements at the site, approximately 2.5 days per week in the office. There will be no change to the employee’s current work location.
