About The Position

This six-month secondment is within Pfizer’s AIA Strategy & Operations function, on the Change Deployment & Adoption team. The Field Adoption & Experience Lead owns change, adoption, and training for AI-led initiatives affecting field-based commercial colleagues, with Scout as the priority product. The role brings a field perspective into AI adoption so tools, training, and communications reflect how field colleagues plan territories, prepare for customer interactions, and use their time. The secondee will drive measurable adoption of Scout and related field initiatives, create field-ready enablement materials that the team can maintain after the secondment, equip field leaders to model and coach AI adoption, represent field needs in product and rollout decisions, and complete a structured handover. The role works with field leaders, operations and training teams, BU Leads, product teams, and cross-functional partners to plan and deliver activation, gather feedback, measure outcomes, and improve the user experience. The position is considered flexible, with colleagues expected to follow Log In For Your Day requirements at a site location (approximately 2.5 days per week in office). The role is posted in Tampa, Florida; Collegeville, Pennsylvania; and Lake Forest, Illinois. There will be no change to the colleague’s current work location. The six-month secondment is for current Pfizer field-based colleagues or field leaders, with home-manager endorsement.
