About The Position

Snider Fleet Solutions is hiring a customer-focused Long Haul Tractor Trailer Delivery Driver to deliver commercial tires, wheels, and related products using a 53-foot tractor-trailer with a capacity of up to 80,000 pounds. The role involves consistent routes and a Monday–Friday schedule, with two to three overnight stays per week. All loads are live loads. Drivers must be able to lift up to 150 pounds and work outdoors. Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have at least 1 year of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Have a clean driving record and be insurable under company standards.
• Pass a background screening and drug test.
• Hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Hold DOT Medical Certification.
• Have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Have experience using GPS, smartphones, and navigation tools.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Be self-motivated, dependable, and professional, with a safety-focused mindset.
• Be able to lift up to 150 pounds and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 53-foot tractor-trailer safely and professionally.
• Pick up and deliver commercial tires, wheels, and related products.
• Ensure accurate loading and unloading and complete proper documentation.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain ELD logs for hours, mileage, fuel, tolls, and repairs.
• Keep equipment clean, stocked, and well-maintained.
• Communicate proactively about delays, breakdowns, or other issues.
• Support warehouse and service staff with tire handling as needed.
